the global community. As an open access journal, all published articles are made immediately and permanently available online without subscription barriers.<\/p><h3><strong>Article Processing Charge<\/strong><\/h3><p>To support the costs associated with editorial handling, peer review management, professional copyediting, typesetting, online hosting, indexing support, and long-term digital archiving, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of:<\/p><h3><strong>USD 100 per accepted manuscript<\/strong><\/h3><p>The APC is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication.<\/p><h3><strong>No Submission Fee<\/strong><\/h3><p>JABE does <strong>not<\/strong> charge any submission fee. Authors may submit their manuscripts for editorial evaluation and peer review free of charge. Payment is required only upon acceptance.<\/p><h3><strong>What the APC Covers<\/strong><\/h3><p>The Article Processing Charge covers:<\/p><ul><li>Editorial and administrative processing<\/li><li>Rigorous peer review management<\/li><li>Professional copyediting and formatting<\/li><li>DOI registration<\/li><li>Online publication and hosting<\/li><li>Long-term digital archiving<\/li><li>Immediate open access availability<\/li><\/ul><p>There are no hidden fees.<\/p><h3><strong>Waivers and Discounts<\/strong><\/h3><p>The journal may consider partial fee waivers in exceptional cases, particularly for authors from low-income countries or those facing genuine financial constraints.
